The Just Live Project didn’t begin as a business.
It began as a whisper.
Then a question.
Then a choice:
“What if I just… lived?”
For years, our founder Kayden lived in survival mode; checking boxes, playing roles, people-pleasing his way through closets, systems, and suffocating expectations.
He knew how to endure.
He didn’t know how to live.
But one day, Courage spoke up:
“You’re afraid of living but you haven’t even tried it yet.”
That line cracked something open. From that moment, Kayden began walking, sometimes crawling, toward truth. Toward identity. Toward the life he was told he couldn’t have.
And as he started showing up honestly, others did too.
What started as personal storytelling became shared language.
What started as private grief became collective liberation.
What started as one person whispering “I want more” became a community shouting,
“We deserve more.”
So what is The Just Live Project?
It’s a movement for people who are done shrinking.
It’s a soft landing place for folks figuring it out.
It’s a living, breathing invitation to try again, with less shame and more self.
We create content, community, and resources that help people move from surviving to living.
And we do it with honesty, humor, and radical permission.
We don’t ask you to be perfect. We ask you to be real.
Because real is where freedom begins.

This is our story.
But Just Live is about yours, too.
The version you haven’t told yet.
The one you’re still becoming.
The one where you get to take up space, change your mind, and start again.
